I have over 20 years’ experience working in various Human Resource positions which have included; organisational development, HR advisory, HR management, training and development. I have worked in the public and private sectors and have previously been employed in the dairy, construction, industrial, tertiary education and disability industries. My style of working is very practical, down-to-earth and straightforward.
I love to find creative solutions to those difficult issues and work alongside managers to get an outcome that works both in the short and long term. I have a Bachelor of Social Science and a Master of Social Science (both in Behavioural Psychology) and I hold a current Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority Individual Licence.
