With their Head office based in Waikato with branches in Christchurch and Auckland, Watchu Security offer a nationwide service with a client base of both large and smaller commercial organisation, industrial plants, and government departments.

THE ROLE

Due to growth within the company, Watchu are currently looking for an experienced Service technician. To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional customer service, a professional approach and effective communication skills, as well as excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Ideally you will be an experienced technician who wants to step away from the physical aspects of constant installation work and concentrate on providing exceptional customer support for Watchu Security’s existing customer base.

The key responsibilities in this role will be to work with the operational team delivering a high standard of service and maintenance for contracted clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate and detailed job process documentation is recorded
• Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• trouble shooting and servicing equipment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced Security technician with CCTV, Access control, Alarm system experience
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• strong interpersonal skills
• efficient time management and prioritisation skills
• a positive and energetic approach
• a team player who takes initiative.
