Giving back to the recruitment industry allows me to stay up to date with market trends while supporting other Recruiters who are beginning their recruitment career. I am an active member of the Australia and New Zealand Recruitment Governing Body – RCSA.
As a ‘Next Generation Advisory Board Representative’, I’m actively involved in bettering the recruitment industry and removing stigmas of the sector. This involvement keeps me updated on new industry issues and standards and provides our clients with relevant information.
In 2021 I was awarded the RCSA Rising Star Award, which recognised my contribution to the recruitment industry and for my work on diversity, inclusivity, client and candidate care.
Identifying, sourcing, and attracting active and passive candidates is a crucial part of the recruitment process. I have developed extensive search skills which enable me to access and identify candidates who may not be looking for work but may be open to opportunities. Utilising the latest search technology while also tapping into my own networks allows extra reach in the current market.

As a structured and detailed individual, I thrive when our systems and processes are consistent and streamlined. I enjoy developing new processes for Everest People and giving insight into operations that could be improved.
People fascinate me – the way their mind works and the reasoning behind why people do what they do. Cultural fit is huge when it comes to finding the right person for your team – psychometric testing allows us to understand candidates working styles and how they might function on the job. I’m trained in multiple psychometric tests and use these as another piece of the puzzle when hiring. We offer feedback and insight to help you better understand the test results.
