Where we work and the type of work we are be doing is definitely undergoing gradual (and in some cases significant) change. It is helpful to understand and anticipate how these ongoing changes will impact on the not too distant future.
Being prepared for future change is advantaegous for business and people alike. When we can analsye the information we have today to anticipate what the future holds tomorrow, we can plan and prepare for that future now, which helps us realise upcoming opportunities as well as mitigate risks.
As Jimmy Dean said, “I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.”
